What We Inspect

We will provide you with a thorough swimming pool inspection report which includes more than just your pool and equipment.   We evaluate the entire pool environment.

Our pool inspections are non-invasive visual evaluations of the pool environment include (but are not limited to):

•          Pool and spa:  Interior Finish/Liner, Valves, Skimmers. Covers, Drains, Returns, Tile, Coping, Decking

•          Misc. Equipment:  Slides, Waterfalls, Diving Boards, Ladders, Rails, Drain Covers, Pool Lights,

•          Pool and Spa Equipment:  Pumps, Filters, Heaters, Time Clocks, Control Panels

•       Pool Cleaning Equipment, Sanitizers including salt and mineral systems

•          Pool Barriers:  Fences, Gates, Walkways, Locks and Alarms
